Meth will break you down immediately, and is almost a guaranteed killer. You can still live and operate as a heroin addict. But with meth, it's over. Krokodile is pretty crazy, but I'm not sure if that can even be classified as a drug as it's just a bunch of chemicals mixed with a real drug.
