The thing is people that go flawless in trials get something everytime with light levels 310-320, but Oryx hard dont gurantee you anything. Fix your raid drops Bungie.

That's because the designers are a PVP players so they kiss the ass's of the PVP players. Explains why trials gear is 280+ and POE is still year one and worthless. PVP players don't support your game dumbass's. They're playing cod.
