dude, if you want to keep playing just pay the $40. if you don't.. walk away. Take that $40 add $20 more to it and buy Halo.
IMO, it's worth it. Most fun with any video game I've ever owned. Well worth the $105 I've spent on it.

He wants to keep playing the game that he played just weeks ago. I haven't seen anyone asking to play the new content for free. They just didn't expect there to be a time limit on the product they purchased.. You find that unreasonable? What if a company bumped up this pace to every month? Every week? At what point will you understand that within months, or for some it was days/weeks after buying this game that it was drastically modified to their detriment. What if I demanded that you pay me for something you don't want, or I will take what I sold you yesterday away just because I'm bigger than you and I'm giving you no choice. $40 dollars means nothing to me, but I'm not going to ridicule those that find reason not to pay it. I can't believe your argument. Pay up or shut up? Then you tell him what he should spend his money on. Nothing more than censorship. I hope you can see that. "Most fun..." You like the game..that's great. Maybe you can tell him what he's missing.

The answer is simple. Quit playing it. Don't pay them another dime! I'm not saying I agree with all of their changes with TTK because I don't!. it's B.S. that they took nightfall away from people and a bunch of strikes. It is not fair and I think they need to reverse that. You maybe haven't seen others asking for it for free but I have. There's a post up right now saying bungie should let everyone be level 40 since all new y2 exotics drop at level 40. Maybe I have a different opinion because I wanted TTK so I bought it and none of the negative aspects of the change have affected me. Maybe. But I have quit and walked away from 100's of games in the past. When it comes time for me to do it with this one for whatever reason.. I will walk. Nothing lasts forever.
