It's all cosmetic and it doesn't effect the overall experience. Don't understand how people don't understand this. You want that blue skull that's JUST cosmetic? Cool! Grind for it or you can buy it! Has that been implemented yet? No! Until then if then I'll came back to you. And if so for telemetries who cares?? Anyone who buys that is silly and I'm sure Bungie wouldn't just sell that.

Yes, it has been implemented. A piece of candy in my free trial bag has a primary weapon telemetry effect.
