Just played two games of Salvage on 'The Timekeeper' last night (On Warlock), but the grimoire card has still not been unlocked.
EDIT: I just read that Timekeeper was one of the DLC2 maps not unlocking. Thought it was more recent than that since I had never played it before.

I believe that was the Playstation exclusive map with House of Wolves.
