Check you inventory, you probably already have it. Down in your mission bar by your faction emblem

When I did the Sleeper Simulant quest, I couldn't even see the items dropped from WarSat defense in my inventory. I just clicked on the empty slots in my Ikelos core for the heck of it, and boom! they got filled in, without the required items ever having showed up on my screen or my inventory. This doesn't happen always though. Today I killed that knight in the special version of the undying mind strike for the ToM, and I got a nice icon and message on my screen about having picked up that elixir item he drops.

Dude, I went through three straight taken blights on Venus and took down the taken champion and was like WTF?? I never saw a drop. Then checked my inventory and there it was. I probably got it on the first damn taken minotaur and I sat out there a hour lol
