The only clear cut is your Apple of Discord with Full Auto, that one is better than the other IMO. I would probably go with the Crowd Control, Treads Upon the stars as well.
As for your 1000-yard Stare I would keep both since they are different elements. If you have another high impact sniper that has solar or arc then you can let that one go.
