I'm actually glad they don't have light. Granted some are really cool, but if everybody could infuse them, the flaming skull would be EVERYWHERE. And it would basically be them giving away legendary helmets to every person without having to work for it. I think they did it perfectly, it's just for fun and you can keep it and wear it whenever you want- but the light penalty means we won't be seeing them every, single day forever lol
