I managed to get a 320 warlock bond from it and my friend had horrible luck on normal but first run on hard and he got the 320 ghost shell

Consider yourself lucky! I have 14 raid clears and have never seen a helmet drop for anyone. That's zero helmets out of a possible 84 drops. Wtf.
