This post specifically addresses the hard mode raid weapons not having elemental damage.

Zahalo supercell is a year two primary... But still why not allow us to have that satisfaction of acquiring weapons that mean something. Does Bungie even realize how many players actually continued to play to acquire the fatebringer? Out of all the weapons in this game for year one I took more guardians into the VoG just so they had the chance at acquiring the FB then any other reason.... Are they going to reduce the enemies shields to accommodate the no elemental damage primaries? Because I hated playing this game during nightfalls etc without an elemental primary it seemed redundant without them. Bungie's running destiny into the ground so Activision can gain sales on their new releases, it's all a big corporation manipulation game and destiny is its scapegoat. I bet after CoD black ops is played out or the numbers begin to drop, destiny will have a new facelift to bring players back. How many players left destiny to play CoD AW and once the reviews from players came back about CoD AW destiny suddenly had a great update to bring back players.
