I'm leaning towards the possibility of getting it from the crota raid at this point.

They really need to revive the old raids. I ran crota a couple times,last week for the hell of it.

I thought it would be in KF hard. I honestly don't think it would be in it but most likely i am wrong because ive gotten some exclusive armor and weapons myself on old Y1 strikes.
