Is the location of the last city confirmed? I always thought it was in South America, for a couple of reasons:
- The Cryptarch sometimes says "Civilisation once stretched from the southern tip of this continent to the frozen north"
- The signs in the tower are in 3 languages: English, [i]Portuguese[/i], and Chinese
Based on this I always assumed the Last City is in Brazil somewhere

I always assumed it was in Russia because it's next to the cosmodrome.
