I didn't know that dire skull was brought up to Y2, since it doesn't even appear in the blueprint kiosk. Bungie, explain yourself !

Apparently, everyone who bought it from Xur isn't having it show up either. So... it's just missing altogether. I guess I'll just hold onto this until they fix it.
