The real question is why should we be forced to do certain quests on certain days?
I decided not to play for a few days and strictly spend time with my family and my wife and get punished for it?

Agreed! I thought it'd at least come back in a week or two, but if it's only startable one day every other month and I have to be lucky enough not to be busy that day, that's a poor way to create scarcity among the player base. At least with gally you had a shot at it multiple times a week.
