I turned in the ghost and there no quest patch thing in my quest page. I turned in 1100 rep, nothing happened. Wtf

No, you were right! I just went to the fwc person, and I was able to give her reputation and get the quest to kill the Minotaur. I don't know why today of all days, but whatever

You turned in the Cult Ghost, right? The current theory is that you have to wait until the next time Paradox is the daily. If you had turned it in before Tuesday, the quest would have been available on Tuesday, but if it was after Tuesday, you'll have to wait until the next time it's the daily.

Yes its normal. Its confirmed that it doesnt arrive with daily reset. Not confirmed if the quest arrives on weekly reset or when paradox is the daily again. Most likely when paradox is the daily again.
