I've noticed I've done some test with the Touch from close, med, and long range. When you're health is at critical I noticed a lot more crits even though I'm sure I hit the body of whatever I'm shooting it. My friend told me if exposure is on by any chance it'll be dead accurate and he hit a crit on a knight while shooting the upper chest area. Need to test that though.

Great, thanks for the reply man. That's an excellent idea, using exposure to test eye of the storm. I have it on both my auto rifle and machine gun. I want to be proud of the perks on my guns, that's hard to do when you can't nail down what it does. :)

It's a useful perk, yes. Just a bit niche in some situations. With the Touch of Malice it works perfectly. I'll update with any additional testing. Prison of Elders has exposure I think good spot to try
