I'll give you that... But both were still well established games on their own, just for a different generation. But I agree that Halo brought them to a new level of fame. Hell, my mom flipped her shit when she found a copy of myth. I was younger at the time so I was confused as to what it was, but I know it was apparently a pretty big deal at some point.
