I'm -blam!-ing good at Crucible. But yes, I understand that it's not for everyone. Hell I used to go into the Crucible nervous as -blam!- because of how intimidating it was to me a while back when I had shite weapons. I think there should be exotic rewards that include like killing 1,000 hive or something. It doesn't seem that bad of a deal, especially for people who find Crucible extremely out of their favor.
