Exotic Engrams Broken?
If I counted correctly, the last 6 Exotic Special Weapon Engrams I have taken to the Cryptarch have ALL (Without exception) been an "Invective" shotgun. For Primaries, I have been getting nothing but "The Last Word" guns.
This is extremely frustrating. One of the people I play with is on his 7th invective.
I would like an "exotic engram refund!" (No, I am not kidding)

Dude you're buying legacy engrams from xür aren't you? If you did not know, legacy engrams are engrams from year one, hence the name "legacy" but if you get and exotic engram rather than legacy than you should have a WAAAAAAAAAAAAY batter chance of getting a gun you want or need. Hope I helped...

I had a friend tell me, that if you consistently keep getting the same gun like that, equip that gun next time you see the Cryptarch.

That is why they have a feature in the game called "infusion" get a hawksaw or Hung Jury from the vendors and factions! I personally have all the year 2 collection for all the guns but i found those legendaries are better in cruicble and PVE and Raid! Now the matter of just collecting them it is RNG and thisnis the most hated feature in the game! I have gotton a lot of 4th Horseman and the Last word to but I have used it my advantage by infusing them to those that I like!

1 ReplyI recently posted a comment saying exactly this, I couldnt agree more. I opened about 6 last words, and I did it slowly, after the first three I even vaulted them to my alt, to no avail however being their was only another 3 last words after I decrypted them with my secondary character. This is a major issue, I dont mind the exotic shards but christ almighty, im grinding my ass off I deserve results !
