Get your Y2 thunderlord to 310 then infuse raze-lighter into it. Simple.

Just did it and didn't give me anything, what do I do?

That's weird. Restart character, get new raze-lighter and try again. Need to redo the infusion on the thunderlord too so scrap the 310 one. Did you infuse it with only legendary 310 machine guns with great rolls? Otherwise it don't count.
