Who is Nokris? (Unknown Hive god from "Regicide" mission...)
Not sure if I spelled his name right, or how many people even know about him...

So the question is... who is Nokris? Crota's brother? Oryx's father? Why isn't he mentioned in the World's Grave? What do you guys think?
My theory is that he's some kind of "exiled prince"; that maybe Oryx banished him for one reason or another... that would explain why he's not mentioned in the World's Grave. Could be he's considered a traitor to the Hive.
If that's the case, might we encounter him in future DLC? Maybe he'll return to try and take Oryx's crown in the wake of his father's death. Nokris, the Banished Prince...

With the placement one would assume a relative of oryx, father, son, or grandson. [spoiler]So how many people think some bungie dev read through the replys and made notes for Destiny 2?[/spoiler]

Based on other posts I read. Nokris is likely another member of the oryx family. Possibly his brother. His existence was 'removed' from reality by the vex during one ifvtheur conflicts.

It cant be oryx's daughter cas there are some of his daughters on the blighted coven misson and they are small and witches. it could be like a son of oryx that died when he was a baby, this could explain why there is no data on him in because he never did anything. or maybe he is oryx's wife...

The most reasonable idea of what Nokris is is most likely Crotas Brother, considering his statues placement...

In the tunnels Twinklebot says something like, "this is weird, only important hive get encased in crystal, this one musta been a hard worker". Or it could have nothing to do with this... It could be the Travelers hive name, PLOTTWIST.

Oryx's father, the osmium King, is long gone. The majority of Oryx's siblings were consumed by the helium King, but his remaining sisters are NOT named nokris. Nokris is most likely crota's sibling.

Hive culture is all about the right to exist. If you are not strong enough to survive, you are erased from existance. I have a running theory that Nokris was crota's sibling and that they also -blam!-ed up in some spectacular way but unlike crota, they were unable to make themselves important, or died while trying and thus was forgotten and wiped from existance. As the child of the king, who was not strong enough, and made themself no legend, they were likely wiped from all records to save oryx the shame.
