I did everything. I did the alternate ending and killed the minotaur. I switched to FWC and used all my motes donating. (I think donated like 100 at once) But I still didn't get the quest

Those are activities after you have the quest. You first need to obtained preydeths ghost from the paradox mission when it's the daily mission. It is the daily mission today. I'm sure you can find a video explaining how to get preydeths ghost.
