I have it. I wouldn't use it in trials. The stability is lacking at distance. If I was going to go for distance, my 1000 yard stare is the weapon of choice.

I get that you're trolling me at this point and that's fine. Reporting me for something I legitimately earned is laughable, so go right ahead. I have 47/50 fragments on my hunter and multiple raid completions. Plenty of people have this weapon, so you'll have to report many others.
