I've been trying to find the weapons on both links you put whenever I type in a weapon name it just sends me to the vendor when I click on brother vance it sends me to his reset so how the hell am I supposed to see the damn weapons if I don't know their damned names

Go to Weapons > Primary > Legendary. You'll have to do some scrolling, but they're there.
