Ghost fragment: Cosmodrone
I've been stuck without this grimoire because I picked up the ghost but the card never showed up

go to destinyghosttracker.net and look for the Cosmodrone ghost, try to pick it up again, there were a couple of ghosts that would not register in the original game, and have since been fixed.
