That quest line is on a timed basis, no one quite know when exactly it will return but for now it's not available for anyone

Hmm I got mine mostly during strikes, if you run a few and don't get any, perhaps you already have 4, actually a good way to gauge is the gun smith's rep, if you can get/almost get to rank 5 before next week(assuming you've done the guns since the preview) then likely you have them all
