Alrighty! Step 1, have a passion for art. Step 2, research and learn the basics of art. You'll just trip all over yourself and teach yourself bad habits if you just jump into it. Step 3, practice drawing stuff very often, observing stuff in the real world is the best practice! Look up references online too! Step 4, keep at it for a while and you'll see progress. It doesn't happen overnight so be patient! But remember no matter how good you are/become, there's always room for improvement! Hope this was helpful.
