Ya same with me i turned everthing in and i had 45 calcified frags and completed the stike but the last mission for the quest didnt pop up. I dont know what to do.

You need 45 fragments on one character. They aren't account wide.

Have you checked with Eris? I managed to get my fragments and had to go talk to her with no quest update to get it.

I got it a long time ago. Once i ranked up again with eris, it gave me the final part of the quest.
