Have you Read what Transcendence does? It restores your health to full.

this is a slippery slope. the perk activates before the super is usable (while in the animation from activating it). and by health regeneration i am mostly talking about what has no requirements other than the perk like the Sunbreaker and Bladedancer

You have to kill someone as a Titan. You don't as a stormcaller. Titans can't Regan their health while activating their super.

so lets back up a bit, should i at health regeneration to defender titan since using ward of dawn regenerates your health after use
