Stormtrance feels balanced. HoS does not. Balancing is supposed to happen with the gut, so it should be rebalanced.

Eh land fall is broken, it's FoH within another super. It shouldn't one hit kill anyone, but it should do damage.

Ah, you're right. Landfall should scale damage with height off the ground at least. Getting panic super'd does not feel fair.

I'm a bubble Titan and it annoying when a warlock alts in my bubble and kills me. I don't a mind when a fellow Titan FOHs me but a storm caller......no that's not right

According to an old Bungie GDC presentation, balance is a state in which everything is really good at doing what it's supposed to and not too good at other things. Imbalance is when that is not true. Overpowered is when it's supposed to be good at too many things.
