In the uk we tax our rich quite heavily. Well, much more heavily than the u.s. seems to. You know what? They haven't all given up working or moved abroad!

No they just all find ways round it. Non-Dom status, technically paying yourself minimum wage and taking the rest as dividence etc... Higher taxes don't bring in higher revenues. They just hurt the lower middle classes who can't get around it like the rich can

We don't tax the lower middle classes at anything like the same rate as the rich.
