    I appreciate you replying Bungie, after I have done what you have said I am now getting a new error code where when I press A on title screen it says 'nightingale' and states that it failed to download configuration files for bungie servers Please assist on what can be done to resolve this issue as soon as possible Thanks

  • Once again i highly appreciate how you go above and beyond to reply quickly with assistance. I am now in the process of downloading all my destiny content and I hope this resolves the issue. However if I'm still having issues what would be the easiest way to contact the Bungie help profile, by simply replying to this or direct message so I can resolve this by tomorrow because I have a raid scheduled with friends?

  • Hopefully reinstalling Destiny will resolve the issue. However, if you continue to encounter problems, posting here on the forums (specifically in reply to this thread) is the quickest and best way to get help. Even if a BNGHelp profile is not able to respond, other mods or players might be able to chime in with helpful troubleshooting advice.

  • Bungie I have done everything to you have asked from me cleared my cache, rebooted my system, changed to wired connection and reinstalled destiny and I'm still getting a frequent weasel error. So please can you fix this issue at your end ASAP because I done everything on my end and I still get weasel. Please assisted on what's going to happen next?

However, if that does not resolve your issue, you may want to try contacting your Internet Service Provider to investigate issues that may be impacting the stability of your internet connection. If you do contact your ISP, please keep in mind that your signal levels change while playing Destiny. For your ISP to get the most accurate analysis of your connection, have them run their troubleshooting checks while you are playing Destiny.

  • Why do you always reply telling me to look at your networking trouble shooting guild when I have specifically said in this tread that it is useless and doesn't highlight or fix the problems This is my 6th day of having loads of error codes (mainly weasel) and all you have to do Bungie is look on the help forum and there are thousands of people like me having the exact same problem which once again highlights the issue with servers is on your end but you are refusing to admit it, I have also contacted my ISP and they said my internet was completely fine. So if you decided to reply again please reply with information that will actually help my situation because I have tried everything in the previous threads and msgs and there is no improvement Also when is the next patch/update going to be live to fix the server issues the community is facing and make the game playable again. Please reply as soon as possible with viable info Also if you would like to ask me anything about what I have tried feel free because it hasn't worked
