This is THE GREATEST THING EVER as a Titan Defender main. I have Force Barrier on basically all of the time, as long as I have my gear spec-ed even moderately toward strength. Immobius + No Backup Plans + Weapons of Light = happy happy days.

BTW, if you have the NBP, unbreakable perk and full strenght, your melee will recharge AS SOON AS FORCE BARRIER RUNS OUT!!! IT'S AMAZING!!!
