I'll say this:
yesterday I stormtranced in a match and wiped the entire team...TWICE.
Yet if one person would have simply shot me, I would have died shortly after throwing my super. But instead of shooting they all ran, I chased them down, arc chain kill them, then glided towards their spawn.
I hit in their spawn as they spawned...pretty cheap, I know.
Pretty cool to get someone 2 or even 3 times with the SAME super!
I guess they all seem OP...but I tell you now, I definitely do NOT get health and shields with every ability kill. I wish I did...
(I know you didnt mention the scrubby warlock...I got jealous)

That sounds a lot like a game that I was a part of. I didn't mention Warlocks as I haven't had the time to test them and their subclasses. I feel it would be unprofessional to leave an opinion on a class that I haven't even looked into. I guess part of what make ALL supers over powered is the enemies response. If you hear a Golden Gun activate nearby players will naturally run to the other side of the map. With the HoS, players don't know what to do. And for the Stormcaller you pretty much covered them. I believe part of it is down to how the opposing team handle the opposition using supers.

This happened on Mercury map with all the portals and junk.... ...[i]which happens to be a very good map for stormtrancers[/i]...imo StormTrancer could be a little more tanky...but then he'd be way OP. So IMO, & even though I play as one almost exclusively, and even though I desperately want to have my health fed while I kill like a titan...I say no. It would be overpowering and unbalancing! Just imagine if there was a helmet that gave me health and a shield with every ST ability kill? *cough* The Ram *Cough* We all remember how controversial that piece of gear made the warlock class. The Titan does this without any supplemental gear. Now, Im not entirely bitching...because given the right map, I can actually kill a Hammer Spammer...it isnt easy, but it can be done. But my point is, you can take him within a micron of his life, he hits trigger with a tracking hammer and the explosion/burn radius lights anything on fire and kills it....even an exploding box...he gets ALL his health back & a shield? Does that seem right? IDK, now I see why so many titans are afk first 4 minutes of match. They are waiting for that super charge to go into demi-god mode.

I'm my strict opinion I don't think it's right that Titans gain 100% of health and (correct me if I'm wrong) shields upon a HoS kill. Bare in mind that as far as I know (again, please correct me if I'm wrong) no other class has the ability to naturally regenerate health or shields. That's what many people find irritating, I must admit, including myself on some occasions.

Bladedancers have that exact ability. Difference is titans have an explosive ranged weapon to get their regen with. Personally make solar charge the base super ability. Replace solar charge with a throwable hammers perk. Maybe increased damage, and blast radius (3 hammers?) and have the base armour be a Bladedancers. Replace cauterize with increased armour?
