Stop blaming hunters, idjits...
Seriously. The hunter main players themselves have nothing to do with postponing ToO. It's an issue with the game's code that would compromise competitive play. Making a blanket statement about an entire class is stupid, since I know near all of you at least have an alt hunter, and I'll wager you've gone and tried it. I know many of you did with your respective class glitches too, in the past.
If anything, should be thankful it's been discovered and is being handled now before Trials comes out instead of having thousands of people go flawless through a glitch (you too, alts; you'd do it for the loot). Bungie can't just hope players won't exploit it. You guys would moan and complain the same way if it was reversed and the Sunbreaker glitch appeared and cancelled Trials (it would have), just happens this one took longer to reach visibility to everyone.
tl;dr: Quit blaming hunters, tables could have been turned on you. Be glad Bungie and the community stepped up and made sure a glitch didn't ruin a great competitive play mode.

[b][i]Adding a quick PSA to OP:[/i][/b] For the Butthurt masses you do realize that ToO was cancelled due to a bug not because "all Hunters are evil"! It's a bug that wasn't caught, this game has seen its fair share of them! There are still tweaks needed for the new sub classes in PVP, so once they sort out NightStalker, reduce HoS health and the effective radius of Storm Trance (aka the new panic super) we should be set! Most have a Hunter in their lineup, so if you wanna talk shit and be an overall dildo about it please feel free to delete your Hunters! Don't act like you're innocent! Plenty of Titans spammed the hell outta hammers or bubbles in PVP, most Warlocks/Titans also had no issues pushing off the Templar or Atheon too! This week is Iron Banana and next week is King's Fall Hard Mode! You have plenty to keep you occupied in your mom's basement! Signed: A Master Hunter PS: I have yet to use the exploit nor do I feel the need to! You may have come across a couple that have tried or used it but you're more likely running into lag switchers/MTU droppers than Shadow Shot spammers.

The class you play as has no direct relation to the type of player or person you are. Anyone who thinks it does, is either a child or has the mind of a child. It's silly logic. Most people switch their main at least a few times. Whether it be just to see how the other class lives, or just because they find the mechanics more comfortable after spending some time with a different class. Closed minded people will never learn, though. It's best to ignore them rather than waste time arguing with them.

It's the exploit of that glitch. If people decided not to use it because it was hard going to the menus a bunch, then trials would haven been here and I would be partying in the lighthouse with my team. The glitch would have been fixed sooner or later anyway

4 RepliesYea it sucks, I main a hunter and I like the graviton helm but I just don't wear it until this glitch is fixed. For now I'll continue to use my full fwc gear until I have full raid gear.

10 RepliesIf hunters didn't exist would we have this problem? No. Therefore, since hunters exist, and their subclass is causing issues, it is by definition BECAUSE of them that we have no trials atm.

1 ReplyIt sort of is the players' fault, though. The insane abuse of this glitch, along with the idiot youtubers who told everyone how to do it, led to the postponement of Trials. It never had to be as bad as it currently is, the players made it that bad.
