while I completely hate getting thrown into a match that's already down +1k points, im not sure that your solution would work. these quitters might just "join" someones fireteam from friends list. there are many ways around the whole go to orbit. they would have to cut pvp off from the rest of the game in order to accomplish this. but maybe that cooldown thing would work. idk since I don't leave games.
