I feel like Clown Cartridge doesn't get enough love.
I had an LDR w/ Clown Cartridge and Performance Bonus, it seemed like it NEVER ran out of ammo.

I loved Clown Cartridge on my Tripod rocket launcher, basically infinite ammo, rockets from thin air, plus the 3-4 rockets per pack. Good Ol' days, I rarely see it now, which is a shame. It still gives ammo from thin air though.

I've never ran anything with clown cartridge, does is take ammo from reserves or from thin air?

Haven't used it lately, so I'm not sure if they nerfed it or not, but the extra rounds used to come out of thin air.

That does seem pretty good. I don't see it roll on much though. I know rescue mag that I have on my eyasluna is borderline gamebreakingly good. 10 more rounds in emergency situations on the best new hand cannon? I think yes...

And it's always when you need it most. I love that it triggers even if you don't have it equipped, it's like cocoon half the time
