Unfortunately you've lost them. You're supposed to pick them up from the Gunsmith, like the order description says. There is nothing that says "press ____" to claim...

I still think Bungie should be aware of it since the only way it should disappear is if I dismantle it. Please upvote the thread. I don't highly doubt Bungie would step in to get my item back - even to save a marriage and my family. *sniff sniff*

They are aware of it. Latest I've heard is that they're still investigating the issue, no time frame for a fix yet. They won't replace dismantled items either so you're out of luck there. Sorry for your loss. You'll just have to increase your prowess in PvP through obtaining skill instead of a gun
