I wish they'd stop fine tuning everything to pvp. It can and has really screwed with the pve portion. For instance, everyone wants a hammer nerf because they are insanely op, But in pve they're useful while not being godly. It could be done right, something like remove splash, but increase damage of hammer with decrease on homing, but they will take the lazy way out.
I wish bungee would remember what they did in halo and make different playlists. Weapon specific, class specific, no exotics etc. Solve a lot of problems that way.

-
Hmm. Guess i will have to disagree. Attack slower? Sure, but the extra damage resistance makes up for that. Regardless of if they arc no one is throwing from across the map so unless you're moving just so when they see you its a killer. Must point out as well that it has a lot of charges because I understand that golden gun is remarkably similar, but four shots max that are fast vs 8 (?) Shots at medium speed is not very even.

You really don't have to qoute, if you reply to my post I'll draw the connection. Just saying Now I haven't played my titan since ttk, but isn't there a node allowing more hammr throws? And again, aim assist or no were not talking bout the hammers travelling slowly, more like a mid speed rocket so unless you're cross mapping, that's not helping. I disagree that it's the hardest subclass to use just because there are way to many reports of the crazy stuff hammer titans can do and having seen some of it myself, I'm not cynical enough to believe that everyone sucks and needs to get better. Just put of curiosity why is it you think sun singers are difficult?
-
It's not that I think they are difficult it's compared to other supers they are harder and to do crazy stuff with hammers that takes some skill more than any other super and yes the perk allows for like 1 hammer but it doesn't help when you need to get closer to targets and waste time moving
-
I suppose the hammer users I've fought have been smart enough to pop when a cluster is nearby or by a hot spot. Given I was playing iron banner that's not difficult. I dunno though, I don't think it takes a lot to be skilled with hammers, but I'll see when I get around to using the class. But just my opinion.... and apparently the opinion of quite a few others.
-
Your right it doesn't take that much skill only to be good with them and even then it's very limited on skill just as all supers I'm just saying it takes more than most it has the least asistances with more forces working against you
-
Given that the warlocks 2 offense supers have no assist and more limitations, I'd have to say hammers are probably not the most difficult to use. Honestly the titan arc or void super would probably claim that. Easy to use but hard to get a lot out of Em as opposed to hammers which I see people merc with every use. If this game allowed us to move faster then you may be onto something, but there isn't a lot of agility or evasive tactics involved with your movement.

Yeah, it's just a tricky thing to do with so many types of weapons, and they'll offend a bunch of people who love some of the nerfed aspects.

You are correct. You can't please everyone. Just seems like lately they're treating destiny like a snowglobe: shaking it up just to seem how it looks afterwards.
