Who do I need to message to address this issue. If you look at my account I clearly have not used it. I had thought I would get it again. Can an admin please contact me. I have looked and can see knowwhere other than this board to post an issue.

You only get 1 spark once you use or delete it that's it. There is no method on replacing it in game and Bungie will not give you another. The good news is that it is that quick to level up just doing the story, bounties and other activities you will soon max out your level.
