When would they be the last time I saw bungie/youtubers giving them away was at e3 and I never had chance to snap one or two up :(

If I may interject, a possible (untested, so don't get all pissed if it doesn't work) workaround could be the same way I moved my Collectors edition rewards from PS3 to my PS4. Log onto the account on the console that you have the blacksmith shader for and redeem it. Verify the rewards were placed into your inventory and then vault them. It's even easier now with the addition of kiosks to redeem shaders. Once you're done log out and log into your home console. If it works then you'll have your shader. If not, I'm sorry. Just trying to help.

That may work. I have everything saved to my external and just copy what I want over to the console and I haven't had any issues yet. Hopefully OP sees your post.
