His point is a valid one. It's a process that slowly takes place. If people catch on and petition to stop it early, then maybe we won't have to deal with that dark future. As long as the money stays as a cosmetic thing, I'm cool with it.

Maybe because you haven't been around long enough to witness it elsewhere. The sky is hardly falling. It can be a slippery slope [b][i][u]IF[/u][/i][/b] they go this route. Raising awareness and voicing opinions aren't quite bitching. I'll bitch if they actually follow through with it.

My first system was an Atari 2600. I'm a Day 1 Destiny player. Ive been around plenty. And there are plenty of examples where micro transactions started and stayed cosmetic. The day you can buy anything that isn't purely cosmetic, I'm out. Until then I'm not going to waste my time worrying about it or posting fear mongering posts.
