Try it with the raid machine gun with eye of the storm and then come back to me with your findings. I think your opinion might change just a tad.

Eye of the storm activates with touch of malice giving it no recoil at all, it shoots faster than any scout and does 65 a headshot. Any 1v1 encounter with the two above equipped it destroys anything. Been playing a lot with it you'll be surprised.

Mida is better

Mida is irrelevant in year two level enabled pvp otherwise mida is the way to go although I do love my dis-47 scout with lightweight.
