It is meant to be a 500mb or so update, but instead of just showing those 500mb it shows all other previous updates and patches combined and then just had an extra 500mb on the end for the new patch. However, it should skip all but the 500mb because you've already downloaded the other 17gb or so, so I'm not sure why yours is downloading everything again.

Did you read every one else's? Mine continued to download 1 GB before I just deleted it to try again. Not ps4 fault, bungies
