The perk lets you just aim in the general direction of someone and it gets head shots. And my precision ratio is low because I'm not a no lifer that spends all my time on destiny.

Takes much more skill to use it then it did before 2.0 I will aim with it when needed. Harder to outgun and get double and triple kills with it when you can't aim. So I'm not bad by those standards. Can you aim? Your precision ratio is 34% Yet its still a great weapon

I can aim and I can't use that gun for shit.

It's much harder to use if you try to aim. Most people that use it just spam bodyshots.

Maybe so. I haven't used it since 2.0 except to get the Chaperone and I ADSed the whole time. I'm not really a fan of TLW so I haven't tried hip firing it.
