Looks fine but reduce Overload. No class should have a OHK melee (backstab is different as it requires, y'know, a backstab).
MYou can max out on Strength gear and get 2x melee charges for stupid results in pvp.

Hm, I figured because they were strikers it would be fine. Maybe if the recharge rate was halved?

You can wear hear that gives you your melee charge in spawn then. It should be 'deals 3x damage against minions of the darkness'

To be fair, titan melee range is awful as it stands. I say its fine really. When I actually die to titan melee's, I can't help but think "dang, I got way to close lol"
