You can play destiny on multiple ps4 if it's disc based. Ps4 only allows 1 device per account as a primary. Which allows you to download purchased content. A second ps4 will not do that. Games would already have to be downloaded on the 2nd ps4 from another account considered as primary.

My wife and I both play destiny. So we each have a separate primary account on our own respective ps4 and log in as secondary on each others ps4. However since TTK release Bungie servers have been having a problem with us both playing at the same time. Very frustrating. ..
