As he mentioned in the video, this is how the world is. Greed (especially from the executive management of companies). Get what you can for yourself by any measure and to hell with everyone else seems to be the mentality. What will happen is if the games they release turn out to be crap then people will stop buying. They loose good employees, company goes to waste and a select few walk away rich. Too bad because you can't take it with you when you pass on but these type of folks leave a wave of misery in their wake.
