BUBBLE IS UNDERPOWERED
I know im going to get hate , but listen first. Bubbles get 1 shot by golden gun and bows in crucible. Using your bubble is practley useless in crucible because supers easily tear right on threw it even though titans are known for making the wall so fallen invaders cant destroy the tower, so tell me are bubbles under powered ? Are titans Defences as good as bungie says they are? In my opinion bubbles should be an invicible shield, undestroyable from darkness and light. Nothing should be able to destroy a pure shield of light.

You clearly haven't tried out Weapons of Light + Icebreaker + Armamentarium + Suppressor Grenades in Mayhem. Go try that out, then come back and we can talk.

Well that's not true. Bows don't take them down, and golden gun takes two shots. Also, weapons of light is one of the most under appreciated aspects of this game.

Lolno, people just dont know how to run defender propely, greatly underestimated subclass. Had a lot of fun doing the defender quest in mayhem rumble

Yea. It's underpowered in pvp for sure. I will be using armor of light with saint-14, but other players can just rush in and kill me with 2 shotgun shots. It's absolutely ridiculous. I should have a lot more damage resistance while running armor of light.

1 Replyits a great way to immediately force the warlock to nova bomb. Its just not great in crucible never will be. Its an amazing tool in pve. Our other 2 classes are better in pvp.

They should buff bubbles in PVE in pvp any buff would be abused. Much like most supers are being or have been abused but then again they are called supers so they are sort of suppose to be op.

1 ReplyI've killed bubble Titans with sticky grenades by running in their bubble, sticking them, and running out while they blow up... That is if they don't have that armor skill on it. Almost every single time I do it they are like wtf?!? Just happened, no one expects the kamikaze bubble run lol.

A team of Defenders could gain a small lead and run down the clock by using something akin to the Infinite Supers Exploit. Even if you weren't on a team, the bubble would slow the game down to a halt. You'd just sit inside for 30-45 seconds doing nothing to help your team, or your team will huddle inside for a 30 second timeout. Use Weapons of Light and a high impact sniper rifle. With Weapons, Ward of Dawn is the most lethal Super hands down. Only Nova Bomb can reliably shut you down, but Nova Bomb can shut down any Super. Also, it takes two GG shots to destroy a Bubble. That's two teammates that the Gunslinger couldn't kill. That's at least 250 points you've denied the enemy team. If you spec Gift of the Void you'd give your teammates 5 Orbs of Light in all, meaning more Supers for all of them.

Let me shoot through enemies outside my bubble while inside it for one week, just so I can feel overpowered as a defender.

Agreed been using it alot for mission and it's way toooo under powered. Or may add a blast inside when activated

Go in crucible for fun with 5 titan defenders and 1 golden gun. After that, please come back and say bubble's are useless in pvp

I agree although I still think defender is the best subclass in PVE out of all 3 classes.

I think Ward of Dawn should suppress any enemies inside it, by default. I'm fine with its vulnerability to suppers from the outside, but feel that it needs to protect you more when you're inside it. I think that would be a useful power up in both PvE and PvP, without being broken. It would be awesome combined with Saint 14. It'll never happen though.

Bubbles are so overpowered in pve that bungie made the decision to lessen their power in pvp. Then they made sunbreakers and were just like -Blam- it, we just want to see the world burn
