I'm not sure, but bungie did say that as our gunsmith rank goes up the armsday stuff gets better. So maybe we have some good stuff to look forward to.

i think the selections are the same - difference comes down to when you pickup the package. you get two or three possible rolls rather than the one you'd get at rank 1

At rank 5 you get an exotic quest. I just gotta wait til next armsday to complete it.
